Hooray! Eight pounds gone in three weeks!
Nutrisystem is helping me to lose weight and get healthy! My favorite Nutrisystem foods this week were the golden pound cake, the chicken Alfredo, and the ham and cheese omelet. I am increasing my exercise with the help of a personal trainer too, so I should continue to see the pounds melt away.
My Week Four Goals
Focus on Nutrisystem and eat smart.
Ride my indoor bike every day.
Do my exercises from my trainer daily.
Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
I am keeping track of my foods, my calories, and my weight loss on the Nutrisystem community and I love the tracker bar that shows me how much I've lost and how much more I have to lose to reach my goal. My husband has been inspired to lose weight too! Nutrisystem has a family plan, a women's plan, a men's plan, a senior's plan, a vegetarian plan and a diabetic plan. Right now they have the lowest prices of the year.
Even though I exercise daily, I'm not tracking it online as well as I track the food. Since things like sex and cleaning house count as exercise, I don't think to run to the computer to log it in. With the meals, I'm logging it in as I finish a meal. I guess as long as I keep moving and stay on the program, I'll meet my ultimate weight loss goal!
