I am so impressed with these HighFive Naturals products! Just yesterday, I used the cooking gloves to pull my cupcakes out of the oven, then set my hot muffin pan to cool on the potholders. I used the suction lids to cover my batter between baking cycles. They are so easy to use and kept me (and my counters) safe from burns. They're also extremely easy to clean.

Looking for healthy snacks? My husband and I have been munching on these delicious Egg White Ch(ips) all week! Made with non-GMO corn and egg white protein, ips are packed with flavor. They have 6 grams of protein per serving (about the equivalent of one egg), half the fat of fried chips, and fewer carbs than baked chips.

Ips are available in four scrumptious flavors - Sea Salt and Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Aged White Cheddar, and Barbecue. They are crunchy like a chip, a bit thicker than a potato chip, and very satisfying when I'm in a munchy mood.

I like them all, but I think my most favorite one is probably the Sea Salt and Black Pepper. The cinnamon flavor is great for when I am craving something sweet. Daycare Room Ideas - Daycare Loft

I've been going through boxes of old photos lately, in my attempts to declutter my house, and found some photos of the daycare room that I created in my first house. They are not great quality pics because they are over ten years old, but I wanted to share photos of the loft my husband designed and built from my simple pencil sketch.

In just two weeks, over a Christmas vacation break, my husband built the daycare loft. The cost of all the materials was around $600 including the wood, the plexiglass around the upper loft, and the carpeting for the steps.

Under the loft was the "home center."

The upper loft was the "reading center."

This area, on the opposite corner of the room from the loft, was the "math center" and "science center," along with "table toys."

This little corner was the "block center." The other corner of the room, of which I have no photo, was the "computer center." If you have a home daycare or even a playroom for your own children, I hope these photos give you ideas for setting up the room. Thanks for reading!

Easy Salsa Chicken #Recipe

Easy Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:
2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can corn 15oz
1 can black beans 15oz
1 can Rotel Original, Tomato and Green Chilies, Diced, 10oz Can

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain liquid from corn. Drain liquid from black beans and rinse beans. Do NOT drain Rotel can. In a large bowl, mix together corn, black beans, and Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies. In a 9x13 metal baking pan, even spread almost the entire salsa mixture from bowl. Hold back enough salsa mixture to top each chicken breast. Place chicken breasts on top of the salsa in the baking pan, then top each chicken breast with the remaining salsa mixture. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
