Monsters University - Review - #Disney #Pixar

Your entire family will love Monsters University from Disney Pixar. From the adorable characters you already know and love to some new characters that will steal your heart, MU is a 3D family film that will definitely be a favorite. It's the number one movie in America right now and for good reason.

The story goes back to the beginning of the friendship between Mike and Sully. Actually it goes even further back, to the school field trip where Mike decided he would one day be a scarer. It becomes his dream to attend Monsters University and you can feel his anticipation as he steps off the bus onto campus. Meeting new friends can be difficult, Mike discovers, and although he and Sully don't exactly get along, they find themselves working together as a team with some other "not-so-popular" monsters to prove they are worthy of being scarers. It's funny, it's cute, and it's got good "kid lessons" in it. I won't spoil the ending for you, but I will tell you that you have to wait through the end credits!!!

Go see it in theaters this weekend!

Johnathan is my bonus son who became part of my family when I married hi dad Johnny. Although I didn't meet him until he was almost five years old, he's as much a part of my life as my own two children. He is a wonderful son and a fabulous brother. He's 18 now and will be heading off to college this fall. I am so proud of him and I'm so glad he's in my life.

Wash 6-8 potatoes and cut into bite-sized chunks.
In a bowl, mix together: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce,
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp crushed garlic, dash of black pepper.
Toss potatoes with sauce, cover with foil, bake in preheated oven
for 2 hours at 350 degrees F.
