Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies #Recipe featuring Norm's Farms Elderberry Jelly

Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Norm's Farms Elderberry Jelly

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat one egg in mixer until foamy. Add 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix well, then shape one-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Flatten slightly and using a tart press, make a small bowl in the center of each cookie. (If you don't have a tart press, you could use a spoon or your thumb.) Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes, then move cookies to a wire rack to cool completely. Scoop about a teaspoon of Norm's Farms Elderberry Jelly onto the top of each cookie. Makes 2 dozen.

I don't really enjoy sharing negative product reviews, so I was a bit hesitant to try the Coco Polo Stevia Chocolate. After all, sugar-free chocolate tends to leave a bitter taste in my mouth and it makes me sad to not love a chocolate. But Coco Polo did not disappoint me; rather they truly surprised me with their luscious chocolate bars!

Coco Polo is sweetened with the healthy extract of the Stevia plant and the taste of their chocolate is incredibly delicious. There are zero added sugars and I cannot taste the Stevia at all. It just tastes like a wonderful high-quality chocolate bar!

Coco Polo is also gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO, plus they only use fair trade cocoa. I received four generously-sized chocolate bar flavors - Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut in Milk Chocolate, and Elderberry in Dark Chocolate.

Honestly, it's really difficult for me to choose a favorite from the four flavors, because they are all delicious. In an effort to control my urge to eat the entire bar of chocolate at once, I've been eating just a square or two at a time, and each time I switch to a different flavor, I think "No, this one is my favorite."

I love their creamy milk chocolate bar, but I also love the delight of the hazelnut variety. I've always been a huge fan of dark chocolate too, but I also love the fruit taste of the elderberry dark chocolate variety.

If I didn't know in advance that Coco Polo chocolate bars were made with Stevia, I never would have known from the taste. I feel good about enjoying a chocolate bar that I also know is good for me. I can't wait to see what Coco Polo comes up with next!

The candy bar packaging is great - not one of the chocolate bars arrived damaged in any way and each bar was sealed up tight in its wrapper for a fresh delicious treat. I highly recommend Coco Polo Stevia Chocolate!

Annie Chun’s Authentic Pan-Asian Pantry Foods - Review

I am a huge fan of Asian foods and Annie Chun's foods offer me the opportunity to indulge in my own home. Their noodle bowls and soup bowls are the perfect portion for a delicious lunch entree, but I discovered that each bowl is also the perfect size as side dish for dinner for two!

I received the Thai Tom Yum Soup Bowl, the Peanut Sesame Noodle Bowl and the Korean Sweet Chili Noodle Bowl. They are so simple to prepare. The noodles and flavor ingredients come in separate little packages, tucked inside the bowl.

I just mix the ingredients together in the bowl and pop the bowl and lid in the microwave for 90 seconds. The foods that I tried all tasted very fresh and full of delicious flavors. The plastic bowl can also be used for serving and storing.

I really like the soup, but I loved the noodle bowls even more. The flavors of all three are amazing and my  absolute favorite was the Korean Sweet Chili. I love the simplicity and ease of preparing them at home!

Annie Chun's has a huge line of all-natural Asian cuisine, including seaweed snacks, sushi wraps, rice, potstickers, mini-wontons, sauces, and meal starters. Using a variety of their products would make it so easy to create an Asian buffet-style dinner at home.
