It's Pflugerville's biggest party of the year! The third weekend of May kicks off Deutschen Pfest, three days of food, fun and parades. We went on Saturday afternoon and I took pictures to share with you.
I love the name of the town. I always love to live in towns where their names make people think before they pronounce them. I live in Ocklawaha and we don't have a great festival like this one but once a year they do the reenactment of the day the shoot out that occurred between the FBI and Ma Barker and her boys.
