The
Alegria Eliza Dame has to be the most beautiful pair of boots I've ever owned. The details are what really makes these ankle boots stand apart from others. The pattern on the exterior looks like a lacy fabric, but it's actually a patterned leather upper.
The Eliza Dame features a zipper on the inner part of each ankle to make them super easy to put on and take off. In fact, I've only had to tie them the first time I wore them, and now I can just use the zipper and save myself some time getting dressed in the morning.
I'm gushing all over these twill ribbon laces that feel like velvet and capped at the end with the most gorgeous decorative metal tips. At the center of the back of each boot is a sturdy ribbon tab that offers both style and a bit of help when putting the boots onto my feet.
The heel height is a comfortable 2 inches, not too high but just enough. The
Alegria Eliza Dame has a slip-resistant polyurethane outsole, plus a cork, memory foam, and latex loaded footbed creating a “perfect fit” by forming to the natural contours of the foot providing superior arch support.
These ankle boots are perfect for wearing with dresses and dress pants! Thankfully, they also really rock an outfit of blue jeans and sweaters, which is my standard in the fall and winter. I'm not one to wear leggings, but these boots would pair well with those too.
I have found the
