Start a new tradition and try the dyeable ceramic easter egg-coloring alternative for fun with the whole family! Eggnots look and feel like real eggs, but are inedible with no refrigeration needed. Ceramic Eggnots are non-perishable, eco-friendly, and vegan-friendly. Plus, they are 100% safe for those with egg allergies.Create and craft high-quality ceramic egg keepsakes with your family, and find unique ways to decorate and display Eggnots this Easter! They are made in the USA and come in a 6-pack, 12-pack, 18-pack, plus they also offer a dye kit. You can also dye them with a mixture of water, white vinegar, and food coloring, which is how I colored my Eggnots.
I was actually hesitant to dye them, because they are beautiful just the way they are, but I wanted to see how well the colors absorbed into the ceramic shell. I was so excited to see how vibrant the colors came out on Eggnots. I even experimented a bit with layering colors on a few of them. They turned out fabulous! Eggnots can be decorated in dozens of different ways other than dyeing too.
I found an antique egg gathering basket for a few dollars at my local flea market, added some natural craft grass I found for fifty cents at a second-hand store in town, then placed my dyed Eggnots in the basket for the perfect Easter decor in my farmhouse kitchen. I am absolutely delighted with Eggnots and will definitely be buying an extra dozen for decor purposes all year long.
